How do I receive my bill?

You can choose to receive a paper bill in the post or an electronic bill via email. In the interests of sustainability, Macarthur Telecom encourages the reduction of paper usage. However, this choice is entirely yours. You will also have access to your account via your customer login details, simply Sign In to your customer portal and monitor all your usage and charges.
